This is my bike. I have had it for 2 months, and I got it from Facebook. What upgrades should I do to it?@kkermitt honestly, that seems really good, but if it's not set up tubeless that would be a good thing to do. Also, make sure your stem and cranks feel good, because bike fit is one of the best things to spend money on, and shorter cranks can make a bike much better at technical climbing

I'm not a huge fan of Sram DB8 brakes, so for me it would be that.

Maybe grips? I coudent see them but I got a pair of deity lockjaw’s and they are great.

@bikeparkbc i have foam grips it give me a bigger grip after i had surgery on my ridt i dont have a big gripe strength
