1) Acceptance of terms

By using Bikology (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2) Accounts

• Keep your login credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and follow community rules when posting or messaging.
• We may suspend or end access for violations or risks to the community/service.

3) Your content & license to us

You own the content you post (builds, images, text, forum posts). To operate the Service, you grant Bikology a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify (e.g., resize/optimize), and share your content on the Service and in our related features. You can remove your content at any time; the license survives to the extent needed for backups, moderation records, or where others have already interacted with it.

Only post content you have rights to share. Don’t post unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or misleading material.

4) Our content & limited license to you

The Service, including the Builder, site design, and assets, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don’t copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service or its data except as permitted by law.

5) Acceptable use & community rules

• Be respectful. No hate, harassment, or doxxing. Welcome new riders.
• No spam, scams, or automated scraping that harms performance or privacy.
• No attempts to bypass security, probe the Service, or disrupt others’ use.
• Follow brand/IP laws. Specs and product names belong to their owners.
• Report bugs or issues in The Hub—we monitor all categories.

6) Specs & accuracy

Frames, components, and specifications change. We aim for accuracy, but the Service is provided “as is.” Always verify details before you buy or ride.

7) Ads, analytics & third-party links

We use services like Google AdSense and basic analytics. Third parties may set cookies or process data under their policies. We aren’t responsible for third-party sites or services linked from Bikology. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8) IP claims

If you believe content on Bikology infringes your rights, contact us with details and we’ll review and respond appropriately.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or the Service is at risk. You can stop using the Service at any time; you may request account deletion per the Privacy Policy.

10) Disclaimers & limits

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bikology and its owners won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Idaho courts unless local law requires otherwise.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be noted on this page.
