@spencer_mtb ah yes, shimanos lightest drivetrain components , srams lightest 4 piston brakes, a build under 26 pounds, a shock without a piggyback, and less than 140mm travel front and rear are for "trail or enduro"

Yea it would be better if the fork was black or if the shock was silver/white

@musty I wouldn’t recommend upgrading from a cheap mtb like a carreara strait to a full 160 mil santa cruz id just recommend upgrading to a nice hardtale to learn proper technique then upgrade to a nicer full sus than just hide riding mistakes with suspension

A lot of the parts aren't made for XC, but hey at least it looks good

@Yetisb160 yes ik my friend put boxxer ultimate on his commencal clash but it only works safely if you lower travel on it imo. other than that yeah. i think it can be a bit of a risk on carbon frames but oh well
